The perfectly seasoned beef tartare was a highlight, showcasing the chef’s mastery in balancing flavors. The beef cheek was another standout dish – tender and delicate, it simply melted in the mouth, leaving a lasting impression. The croquettes were an excellent addition, crisp on the outside and paired beautifully with the accompanying sauces, adding depth and richness to every bite. There was some live music as well on a saturday evening which was a nice addition to the atmosphere.
