Watford Restaurants

First time at newly opened Villa Bianca in Bushey. The 4th Italian in the village! However the portions are generous, the menu choice is wide, the cooking and preparation is first class and I would highly recommend a visit. Price level is north of Zaza’s but it’s worth it. Wine offer is suitably Italian and upscale in selection, price and taste. Can’t wait until our next visit ! Happy Christmas🌲🎅🏻

Excellent service, food, atmosphere. First time we visited this place and we will certainly be returning. The waiter was very polite and attentive. Food was freshly made and the portions were huge. Drinks were delicious. Music- just right, no boring christmas songs but some gentle background music that did not dominate the place. Thank you.

A very quiet Tuesday night in Watford and therefore we were able to fully enjoy the surroundings and appreciate the good food at Jardin. I have never eaten authentic Mexican food before so this was a first, and not disappointed. The chicken wings and beef tortillas were excellent and the sauces with them were a delight, but the "Piece de Resistance" (sorry not sure of the Mexican equivalent) was the Duck Mole. Duck breast perfectly cooked and accompanied by two Mole chocolate sauces, one white and one brown, delightful and delicious. We also tried the cocktails, perfectly mixed and presented and as it was quiet we were able to speak with the owner and the mixologist about the background to the restaurant. As a recent start-up it has its teething problems but give itv time and it will develop into good venue for food, music and entertainment.

The wife and I went for a mid-week date night and had a lovely time at Humo. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the decor and overall aesthetic was very cool and most importantly the food was delicious. It’s a great asset to Watford high street.

Excellent steak, each member of the group thought so. Looking forward to going again.
