- KKarinPhoenix / Arizona •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a very nice experience at Cooper's Hawk in Gilbert. The food was delicious. Our server was great. The only complaint was we had made a reservation for 6:30 and were not seated until almost 7 pm. I think the restaurant needs to make some adjustments to the number of reservations they are taking if it takes that long to seat people.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Gilbert, AZPrice: Moderate• American• Gilbert•4.6
