With a diverse menu, extended hours for late graduation participants, and expanded dining areas, 8Eleven Modern Bistro was the perfect spot for our after 7:00 PM graduation celebration. Exceptional customer service and a warm ambiance made the experience truly memorable.

This is a restaurant that can compare with the best in the state. Quality and preparation of the food, as well as the entire staff is outstanding. Many of the employees have been at this restaurant for a long time, some since it opened. Pricing is a little high, but you truly get what you pay for.

We had their Thanksgiving buffet and it was delicious! There was dressing, creamed corn, mac and cheese, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, yams , turkey and carved top sirloin. Everything was fresh tasting, with just enough seasoning. Pumpkin pie for dessert and it was yummy! The only improvement would be to have more whipped cream with the pie. Our server was awesome! She was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely have more holiday meals here!

Everything was wonderful like always!!! Highly recommend the pulled pork and Thursday pizza special!!! Lots of quality food for the price!!
