- DDonaldvipPhiladelphia County •19 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had Sunday brunch and it was our first experience at this restaurant! We had a quiet booth which was nice and secluded. Nick our waiter explained the entire menu which was nice that he spent extra time with us. We started with a small loaf of cornbread which was warm with soft butter . We had the Bellini bouquet which was 6 champagne style glasses with three different kinds of Bellinis ! We had lots of fun sampling them. Our breakfast food was outstanding as well as our dessert of pumpkin cake and a sundae! I would definitely come back again for brunch but would like to try lunch or dinner next time .More infoAutograph BrasseriePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Wayne•4.7

It is quite loud, but that didn’t bother us too much as we were in a corner.More infoWhite Dog Cafe - WaynePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Wayne•4.6

Her name was Casey D. and she just made us feel so great for being there, at the right time! There were so many people and we thought it might not be the right time but she said please don’t worry. All these people have been served, or their order has already been taken, so we are ready for you! They served us great food and really quickly and we were able to see our movie on time, and we were so grateful! We really just wanted a super green healthy large salad to split and that was the $18.50 all good green salad! Has so much in it! And then my friend wanted to have half margarita pizza and half plain tomato pie and— that’s exactly what the kitchen did! It was perfect, because we had the best of both worlds! That pizza was only 17.99 and it was a thick Sicilian style! But also crispy corners! My friend absolutely loved it! Then we had a great memory of the pan fried potato pierogies, —but it now comes with a spicy dipping sauce, that’s a little bit sweet, and very hot—but I think next time we would get it, not pan fried, but just steamed, with some butter, salt, or sour cream. We forgot to ask… but the pierogies are just 4 for $9.99… never realized that they are $2.50, per each! We got the potato ones… Such a good food memory! This pre-movie snack was just perfect, and it did not break the bank! Also, on the way out as we thanked them, we found the most delicious box of caramel cookie chocolate! Next time we should try the chocolate mints… Looking forward to coming here again! I also remember the purple and black kale salad being really good and we were thinking about it But we were full with all the food that we ate… It was perfect timing for the movie ! Thank you so much, Founding Farmers! Also, we love, Casey D.!!!More infoFounding Farmers PA: King of PrussiaPrice: Moderate• American• King of Prussia•4.4

12 of Philadelphia’s outstanding spots for celebrating special occasions
Maybe you got engaged on the steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art or just picked up the keys to your first rowhouse. It could be that your kid is (finally) toilet trained, or that your noisy neighbor moved away. Sometimes, simply surviving another Tuesday can be an occasion to celebrate over a restaurant meal. Opt for a quieter night at a critically acclaimed, plant-based gem in Midtown Village. Or splurge on a swanky steakhouse that presides over a corner of Rittenhouse Park. Whether you’re after an intimate spot for an anniversary date or a convivial atmosphere for a boisterous reunion, Philadelphia has you covered with these 12 celebration-worthy restaurants.
