- MMelaineVIPNew York City •31 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoExcellent food as always! Chicken piccata is my go to entree and husband gets chicken Parmesan. Others in our party had the steak and scallop appetizer. Everyone raved about their delicious meals. Entrees are generous and plenty of leftovers to take home. Service is always superb. Decor is not fancy which gives it a rustic casual old charm. Reservations are a must or you can sit at the bar.More infoCasa Rustica RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Boone•4.4
