Those behind Socialē by Villa Rosa have been offering consistently great food and wine from both B.C. and Italy for more than 15 years in Penticton. That food, which includes fresh, local produce, and wine complements the atmosphere and makes for an unforgettable experience.

Socialē, which is Okanagan family owned, is the cousin of Villa Rosa Ristorante, which is on hiatus. The soul of that restaurant will live on through Socialē. The Italian wine bar and coffee house has taken the best from Villa Rosa Ristorante and turned it into something even more unique and special.

Socialē is located at 950 Lakeshore Dr. W., in Penticton, mere steps from Okanagan Lake Beach.

    My favorite restaurant to go to when I am in Penticton. I have brought many friends to this restaurant and they never disappoint. A must try when in Pen. Beef cheek gnocchi is my go to, make sure you try the meatballs.

    We wanted a nice dining experience for our anniversary and that's what we had. From our server, who didn't rush us, and allowed us time to savour each delicious tapas dish, but was always there to top up our water and wine and clear plates, to the manager who came over to chat, we had a wonderful dining experience.

    The quality of the food was outstanding—everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the level of service.
