   A lakeside contemporary eatery, lāk offers fresh ingredients prepared with care. We enjoyed their breakfast, and I recommend the Crab Benedict and Corn Flake French toast. In addition to wonderful food, the service at lāk was spot on. Anna was gracious, friendly and helpful. Cheers!

   Food was very good. Service unfortunately was unacceptable. Quite literally never received our drinks ordered at very beginning. After 30 minutes Had to flag down hostess/manager to ask for check and to remove drinks from bill as we wanted to leave. She was nice in response but after another 15 minutes waiting, we ended up standing and walking around looking for any person to communicate with. Another customer was doing the same thing. Eventually she brought the bill and was nice but no apologies or any acknowledgement of the really terrible service. I understand they were very short staffed, but would appreciate an acknowledgement for pretty pricey meal.

   The food was not impressive. The seafood which we ordered was too expensive for what they serve. The ambience, sitting on the terrace was wonderful. Service was not attentive as only 2 waiters were overwhelmed with full restaurant.

   Brunch for two with one mimosa and tip brought us to $180. Definitely not worth it after paying that much, it’s unbelievable that the mimosa was not included with the brunch. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was good, just not worth it.

   It seemed like the perfect place for a family or couple to enjoy dinner by Columbia Lake. The waiter took great care of us, which made the experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious—nothing to complain about. We definitely plan to go back.
