『鼎旺』麻辣火鍋或鴛鴦火鍋訂位須知

鼎旺麻辣鍋一共有兩間店都在大安路上，因為我們兩間店座位都非常少，為了將位置保留給誠心想來用餐的客人，也避免訂多來少影響其他客人權益，預約訂位皆需以【信用卡預授權】擔保訂金制 (最晚兩天前可免費取消)，鼎旺一店與鼎旺二店訂位將收取佔位訂金500-700元/每人(包括需要空間會佔位的兒童)，訂多少人數預綁多少訂金就會準備相對應人數的位置，如有任何問題或特殊需求，歡迎營業時間致電鼎旺一二店統一訂位專線02-27044172洽詢服務人員，由於訂金預綁所帶來的任何不便也很抱歉，感謝您的理解與對鼎旺的支持喜愛。

【訂金扣款須知】(ex: 假設訂位欲用餐日期4/5星期五)
⚠️ 如於兩天前取消：不扣取任何費用。(ex: 最晚需在4/3星期三取消)
⚠️ 如於用餐前一天取消：扣取 50% 訂金費用。
⚠️ 如於用餐當天取消或未前往用餐：扣取 100% 訂金費用。

▪️**訂金即為該桌低消**，如遇天災或突發狀況：不扣取任何費用，但需主動提前致電告知取消之原因理由，由值班主管視原因及現場候補情況而定是否沒收訂金

【用餐及其他訂位注意事項】
☝️ 人數變動需提前來電告知，未通知則按原人數計收鍋底160元/人。
☝️ 用餐時間110分鐘，座位保留10分鐘，晚到有狀況請主動電話告知。
☝️ 營業時間：午餐至14:00，晚餐至22:00。營業時間結束前需離場。
☝️ 訂位開放四週28天內的訂位，不提供指定座位選擇。
☝️ 若因故未能到場且已產生訂金扣款，將開立等值統一發票請自行到店領取。如需公司發票，請於預綁信用卡時選擇並提供統一編號。
☝️ 未領取的發票，將在一週後捐贈給社福團體。
☝️ 星期天為夥伴家庭日公休，兩間店皆不營業。
☝️ 商業午餐麻辣麵品限平日中午供應，無法訂位需現場候位併桌坐。

服務態度非常好，食物的食材吃得出品質，滷雞腳和鍋底非常有水準！整體用餐環境很舒適乾淨，是值得再訪的店！

座位排列略顯壅擠，要出入座位會與隔壁的椅子卡住，需要請鄰座移動，或是自己桌的移動，雞腳是被麻辣火鍋店耽誤的滷味，反成一絕。
