   正逢雙十連假去用餐，可能因前組客人用餐較慢，所以影響了後面的用餐時間，當天訂位為7點，到實際入座時已經7點30分了，但是櫃檯接待的人員非常客氣，也一直跟我們致歉、並招待一份魚片，有沒有招待東西不是重點，而是這位人員在跟我們解釋為何延遲時間、用詞語氣上都不會讓人感到不適，所以就算等了一下子也不影響這次的用餐體驗，算是吃多次花蓮遠百店下來第一次感受良好，很可惜沒有記到當天人員的名字就是了。

   用餐時發現桌旁有蟑螂，嚴重影響我們的食慾及用餐品質；雖然，我們自己處理好並請服務人員更換桌上小垃圾桶，是有處理，但沒反應很理所當然的樣子；顧客會認為：哦，這不乾淨在這餐廳常發生，下次是否來用餐自己考慮清楚！

   哇!原來這裡寫評價需要50個字數以上.... 我覺得火鍋料種類太少 都是蔬菜類的鍋料 一堆蘿蔔冬瓜等很少見的火鍋食材 蛋餃燕餃魚丸都沒有 安格斯還不錯 平日中午跟晚上.假日同等級價位還不同 我覺得紫米可以放小麻糬跟做成冷的
