規則與注意事項
【預約訂位規則】
1. 如需指定座位（例：1樓）須預付訂金。
2. 特殊節日訂位訂金酌收200元/人，且退訂或未出席者皆無法退費。（例：春節、母親節、中秋節等）
3. 為維護所有來賓的用餐權益，於收到預付訂金簡訊通知，完成預付訂金 NT100/人（不含100公分以下優惠價人數）為保留位子的訂金，於登記當天付款完成預約才會成立。
4. 收到訂金後會完整保留您的訂位，並於用餐前一天提醒您，如欲取消預訂，請於預約用餐時間一天前做取消，訂金將全額退款（若您符合退費規範，請來電告知，並依指示提供退款帳號等資訊，將於次週二統一匯款）。
5. 對於預約時間前3小時內臨時取消或未按時出席 (NO SHOW) 恕無法退款，訂金將作為取消費用。
6. 當日預訂時間4小時前變更取消訂位者，訂金將可保留於預約日後之14天內折抵使用，並限一次全數折抵，逾期或未使用之訂金將做為取消費用不得退款。
7. 訂位日前一天會再發送預約確認之簡訊，請再次確認您的預訂人數，以便安排適當座位空間，確認所有訂位資訊後按下『保留座位』確認您的預約。
8. 團體訂位實際入場人數未達預訂人數之8成時，其未出席人數之訂金為取消費用，將不退還或做消費折抵使用！
9. 用餐當日之 臨時訂位 或 未完成訂位匯款 皆視同未完成預訂程序之現場來賓，將依店家現場候位程序安排，店家保有現場入席及座位安排之權利。（＊）

▝ 僅接受30天內網路系統訂位。

▝ 超過網路訂位人數上限時，請來電02-26098989，將由專人為您服務。

▝ 除店內啤酒外，可自帶紅酒、白酒或烈酒，本店不收開瓶費，水、冰塊費用另計。

▝店內為開放式自助取餐環境，禁帶寵物 (寵物藍及推車亦同)，以維護其他來賓用餐權益。

    炒肉的師傅好像欠他錢一樣，臉很臭。 找不到服務人員，根本無法點餐 等燒餅也等很久 東西很普通，不會想再來😊

    食材品項豐富，蒙古烤肉炒的很好吃， 我媽都吃了兩碗，小朋友也很喜歡，會再光顧。 燒餅要早點叫因為可能是現烤的所以會比較久。

    星期六用餐時間1.5小時，酸菜鍋很好吃，但蒙古烤肉卻遇到快炒排煙故障，光是排隊等師傅炒菜就等了半小時，吃飯時間根本不夠，雖然有送各桌一盤魚片，但我家不吃魚而沒接受。 吃到飽餐廳最後太趕而沒吃飽，讓慕名而來用餐的我們留下深深的遺憾。

    好吃～肉種類選擇多，青菜也是很多種，可以自己搭配喜歡的醬汁，每次炒都有不一樣的新鮮感，好喜歡，在搭配酸菜白肉鍋直接解膩，整個完美舒舒服服，還要再來吃。

    喜歡跟朋友一起來吃火鍋，大口吃肉！燒餅真的很香很好吃！許願之後調味料多放孜然粉的選項，多一點大漠的感覺

    現場服務員人數有點少。要求上菜的速度 有點慢。酸菜鍋的配料齊全，烤肉的選擇也很多，烤肉師傅速度很快，技術也很好.。

    選擇性很少 排隊等很久 酸菜白肉鍋太酸像假的 不過店員很客氣 服務不錯 只是選擇太少吃到後面有點害怕 而且假日吃的好趕 又很貴 下次不會再去了

    東西好吃，可惜二樓只有一位服務員，由於服務員太忙的關係，影響了上東西的速度，有時會忘了提供顧客點的餐點，吃飯時間緊迫，畢竟超過30分鐘就得被重新記單，整體最值得推薦的是CP值，如果想聚餐聊天的朋友可能要考慮是否能夠接受時間的壓迫。

    好吃！ 只是假日收費比較貴，用餐時間反而相對比較短。似乎不合理～😕 希望假日用餐時間也可以維持兩個小時

    假日，服務人員不夠。桌上餐盤都沒有人收。燒餅烤的非常糟糕👎，跟本就是一塊扁扁燒焦的餅而已⋯⋯ 告訴店家，有說跟沒說是一樣的。應該是生意太好了吧⋯⋯沒人理你。
