A nice, quiet atmosphere upon arriving. Slightly turned off by the rickety sliding (manual) door. Would be fine if it had the feel of an old inn (something authentic and old) but it just didn't feel that special. Was excited to try their eel rice dishes but while good, they weren't especially good for a restaurant that specializes in it. You can pick from grilled eel or eel that's been steamed first and then grilled (for a softer eel...if that's what you like). Don't get me wrong, it was good but not any better than a Japanese restaurant that offers a wider variety of dishes. The service was very good, on point, polite, attentive, etc. Oh, there were somewhat disconcerting black patches on the ceiling (center, rear). Not sure what that was all about. In short, would go if I was already in the neighborhood and really wanted some eel rice. They also offered beef rice dishes and some yakitori. The one chicken yakitori skewer we got was decent.

吃這家吃很久了，鰻魚飯一如既往地一樣好吃，御膳套餐的燒鳥串不用太期待，調味不好而且肉腥味沒處理好，水果拼盤很棒。除此之外，有小孩或對煙味敏感的人不要坐大門旁座位，外面的人抽菸會透進來。

第一次對小倉屋感到失望~可能是服務員們辛苦了一整天了,所以臉上都沒了笑容&熱情!整個用餐的氛圍讓我覺得不值得我這次特地帶我中部上來的家人來用餐............!

餐點好吃，服務態度不錯，餐點上的時候會跟客人解釋餐點的食用方式，以及隨時會注意客人是否需要加茶水!!

首次到訪。環境清潔；但因為部分顧客交談音量未節制，用餐氛圍普通。與友人一同，便選擇鰻重御膳、鰻蒸御膳、鰻櫃御膳，額外單點白燒鰻嚐鮮。整體而言，調味、口感中上；然而鰻魚的烹飪火候/時間可能稍久，香氣雖足，但油脂減少、肉質稍乾硬。關西風格調味，醬汁濃淡適宜。

餐點不錯但是要注意刺，但現場氣氛吵了點像菜市場，價格感覺跟日本一樣偏貴，服務人員很多不錯，廁所乾淨

提前10分鐘到達也已經幫忙準備好位置不論是前菜鰻魚都會親切提醒吃法(也會提醒鰻魚會有小刺) 吃完才想起旁邊有調味粉可用下次再試試
