1.首先一入座發現整個桌上都是油垢還有飯粒，請服務生擦完桌子後發現飯粒還是在，接著去用醬料和飲料，桌面也是非常髒亂 2.告知帶位人員是第一次來用餐，該人員說要請妹妹跟我們介紹，請了一位小姐來跟我們做介紹，一來只說「兩個人的話建議點雙人套餐，這樣會有甜點，如果沒點套餐的話甜點要加購」沒了。員工訓練是不需要介紹用餐時間、服務費、肉品、飲料醬料在哪使用的嗎？ 3.用餐過程有至少5個店員經過桌子旁邊，一直走來走去感覺是在散步及發呆？桌上滿滿的空盤，沒有一個店員走過來收 4.上網查了營業時間是22:00結束營業，但用餐到還沒20:00的時候旁邊的醬料就已經收起來了？在收起來之前也沒有提醒顧客是否有需要再使用。收了一成服務費，但從頭到尾除了帶位及送餐，完全沒有感覺被服務耶！每位店員態度都感覺像欠了他們300萬一樣？身為服務業，「請、謝謝、對不起」，不是應該的嗎？麻煩貴司加強員工訓練！雖然吃完以後已經完全不想二訪了！

光等冰送來，詢問服務生五次以上，快半小時才來，但送來冰後，就說下一組客人已到，要我們快點離席！觀感不佳！

裝潢典雅，用餐環境明亮簡潔舒適。鍋底、食材、醬料選擇多樣，飲料有可爾必斯、柳橙汁、紅茶。整體而言是舒適的用餐體驗。

食材新鮮，服務良好，桌面大且環境舒適，吃完鍋最末還有雜炊完全飽到天靈蓋，地下室即可停車，有開車來的朋友大雨也不用怕，非常推薦!

最糟的體驗 1.用餐時間還沒接近閉店時間，飲料吧台清空只剩下水的選擇 2.醬料完全沒有補，全部都見底 3.入座時，桌上都有髒污 4.上菜的服務人員示意客人幫忙端菜 5.白飯的完全沒有照正常程序烹煮，完全無法下嚥 6.甜點是清冰總體來說是毫無誠意的一家餐廳，以這種整體標準，收費略貴，糟透了

雖然客人很多，出餐較慢，但工作人員都非常細心上菜，非常感謝辛苦的工作人員，謝謝給我們一個滿足的母親節餐會

環境還不錯，服務人員態度也不錯，但衛生好像沒有很好做的椅子上還有菜渣，裝醬料的盤子上也有一些菜渣？

整體來說很不錯，食物、氛圍、用餐空間都讓人滿意，除了外場明顯人手不足，尤其是客滿狀況下，找不大到服務人員。

丹生炊事新板傑仕堡門市 is an easy spot for hot pot. Although the food can be better, but was great for value. The services also have rooms for improvement imo.

用餐環境走道很大，空間感好。服務人員態度佳。餐點也新鮮，美中不足，用餐時間週六晚上，客人很多。自助吧飲料及加湯區很快沒有，需要即時補貨
