如遇網路訂位額滿，或訂不到您要的時段，我們仍有保留空桌，您可以〈現場候位〉，等候時間視當日現場狀況
當日入席桌位不開放指定，須依現場桌面狀況而定，訂位成功後，當日於現場須依工作人員指引入席。

用餐時間都沒補鮮柯地板很滑菜品不如預期同樣炸物就三種只是不同口味加完服務費一人要692元同價位那會有其它更好的選擇

高油高脂的冷藏肉片，完全無去油花的吃到飽餐廳。所有免費炒炸餐點都是油膩高膩度調味，雖然可以理解，但店家真的需要加強協調一下，是否連油花都不修飾的肉片是否正確。

剛好遇到變冷的時候去用餐服務人員都有很清楚的說明用餐時間物品的放置位置也有明白的指示用餐時段是下午14:00 不管是熟食區還是鍋物夾取區只要空了就會補滿不會讓消費者吃不到這一點真的很棒～唯一的缺點就是廁所太少間！！！

桌面用過餐盤收拾速度可以再加強一下，廁所環境有點髒亂，可以加強清潔，希望下次用餐時可以感受到舒適的用餐環境！

菜餚選擇多元，火鍋料也是應有盡有，每季有不同主題會吸引顧客回訪。大概是原料調度吧？當日沒有柚子茶和韓國冰棒，有點可惜。

被火鍋耽誤的微型百匯，盡可能事先訂位，現場雖可候位，但是較難掌握進場時間。除了固定的熟食外，不定期會更換主題，該主題期間可先嘗鮮一次，若不合意，等更換主題再回訪即可。

399的火鍋要花659去吃實在很不划算周邊商品只是炸雞跟關東煮水果也沒多樣化飲料機有咖啡跟巧克力
