    本來要去慶生，先是服務員亂點餐，然後上餐的洋蔥圈也太巨大惹怎吃？這廚師也太好做惹吧，洋蔥去頭尾直接炸！這算美食嗎？海鮮炒飯飯都結塊，爲什麼連簡單的炒飯痘做不好？後來服務生上了布朗尼生日蛋糕，既然跟自費點的ㄧ樣！真的滿傻眼的！爲什麼不提醒客戶會送蛋糕是布朗尼？二盤怎吃，真的覺得很誇張！根本沒服務！

    我們在台北敦化北分店用餐，覺得蠻不錯，服務很好。 所以這次安排外商到公司附近的（中和環球購物中心店），滿懷高興好好接待外商。 結果我的外商朋友覺得這裡用餐環境差，男女服務員愛理不理的，五位每次喝完水都要請服務人員加水，她\他們要叫才會來倒水嗎？點點滴滴～～～！客人不想吃，隨便點兩份餐隨便吃，到板橋凱撒酒店用餐～～～下次絕對不會再去中和環球 Friday 用餐了。 《這裡絕對不適合洽商的餐廳。》

    點餐用了差不多十分鐘才找到店員來幫忙，點餐後店員就說今天有派對人也比較多，上菜需要等較長時間，最後大概20分鐘才有第一項食物上桌。點了漢堡但漏掉了醬汁，另外牛排點7分熟但仍然很硬很多筋難以咬開。整體覺得不算是美味的一餐，服務也沒有很到位，這個價錢CP值就不高了。

    周末因為慶祝母親節家族聚餐, 確實用餐人數爆滿, 還好有事先線上訂位, 到現場還看到已經加桌坐到餐廳外圍半圈. 雖然用餐時段很多人, 但負責的服務生非常細心, 不忘隨時詢問&關心用餐進度, 收拾, 這樣的服務非常棒!! 每次來Friday用餐, 服務態度真的沒話說!!

    位子訂在6:30 到了叫我們在旁邊稍等 但是卻坐在那邊沒有半個人來招待 我們自己在旁邊坐著 還自己要菜單才拿到 等了15-20分鐘才有位子～時間好像沒有分配的很好><

    牛排肉很柴 餐廳裡面超級熱 我之前去台北西門跟桃園華泰都沒有這些問題而且別間都會先上一杯水這次水都沒有給還有要我們自己跟他拿

    那天我們大部分的菜都符合期待，但是其中一個自選三拼的拼盤，上來的時候，沒有以前的芹菜也沒有生菜等裝飾，也沒有以前的塔塔醬，整個盤面空空蕩蕩的，讓我們有點小失望。 不過服務是滿分的，我們用餐時，小孩掉了一支無線耳機，店員幫我們收好了，讓我們隔天能順利領回，這部份非常感謝。

    服務熱心且專業，假日人多也能妥善安排上菜順序。親切的滿足各種需求，餐點品質穩定，能依照需求做些微調整。給大家一個美好的晚間聚餐。

    今天8人用餐，人數稍多。安排的位置似乎臨時安排而顯得侷促，感覺空間上太擁擠。如果空間無法接待8人一組的客人，實在不應該勉強接受訂位！食物口味上還是ok，今天肋排吃起來有點乾，不過醬調味也是一如既往好吃

    因為是請母親吃飯，報告價格時直接在桌邊核對，觀感不佳，座位於走到中間，七人座位狹小，餐廳音樂很大聲，總體這個價位品質不夠好🥲
