10/25 中午前往用餐，外場的服務人員服務態度有待加強。希望店家可以加強員工訓練，今天的用餐品質老實說⋯⋯不太好！

尖峰時間現場用餐人數眾多(10幾桌)，服務人員明顯不足(僅4位外場) 自助區補的慢，出餐速度也是很慢，現場外場人員的服務效率很低，但用餐的人走之後，收桌就收得很快(要拼翻桌率?) 現場的客人都沒有顧及就一直接新客..... 用餐體驗很差！不會再來竹北店。

非常好的用餐環境，服務人員很有禮貌，東西也好吃，還有果凍飲料可以無限♾️吃到飽👏👏👏，我們從中午一直聊天到晚上6點多才離開，店家也都沒有趕人的感覺⋯⋯真的是一間很適合聚餐聊天的好地方🥰

服務人員客氣且專業，餐點種類還算多，不過餐廳空間大，聲音稍微大一些。建議增加餐點內容，例如韓式或美式餐點
