餐點很新鮮，有很多樣化的海鮮但是一定要上網看他出點菜的時間，因為有生蠔或是其他的東西，他的蛋糕也很好吃很新鮮，有機會一定還會在嘗試

飲品的選擇性過少，可以增加多一些選擇性服務人員收盤速度佳，其他顧客的聲音偏大可能要靠知其她客人音量需要降低

這次沒有看到傳說中的香魚，或許是季節限定吧，有點小落空(自己其實也沒有很愛香魚XD)... 每一項甜點都不錯吃，舒芙蕾配冰淇淋簡直絕配。生魚片比平價迴轉壽司好吃許多，不過壽司卷滿普通的。炒飯雖然已經涼掉了，但意外地好吃，比大多快炒店炒得好吃。

跟網路評價略不同，沒有想像中的驚艷😅 炸蝦跟香魚去拿好幾次都撲空，剩半小時的時間時⋯看到一堆烤好的香魚，但是放在裡面（似乎再等下一批入場的人食用）我們全部人一尾都沒吃到😭 水果種類也很少⋯不會推薦

ㄧ、鮮蚵烹煮有待加強，殼都沒開就出餐，餐具僅叉、筷子，如何撬開？二、食物烹煮排隊人潮影響顧客夾餐動線，動線規劃紊亂，為何不參考發號碼牌、跑馬燈顯示取餐？三、烤鴨補充超級慢，不懂空盤多久才要補充？四、客服人員服務不錯，能耐心聽完顧客問題。

感覺菜色跟往常一樣沒變化很多，人一樣很多生意興隆，生日當天壽星8折，其他則平日7:30後用餐打8折。

熟食區食物種類可再調整加強，可增加中式熱炒，牛排太硬，需要加強；海鮮的新鮮度很好，飲料區、甜點區的表現不錯。
