食材很新鮮，服務也周到不過調味上比較沒有多元變化，雖然吃得到食材的新鮮，不過因為調味比較單一化，因此感覺即使都拿不同料理，也有點小膩。整體來說是很棒的。

今天的餐點沒什麼熟食魚類或干貝（除了生魚片），但是其他菜色都還不錯，甜點冰淇淋都維持水準，還多了刨冰可以選，整體上使用餐券是非常划算的，高cp值

本次用餐經驗，除了無理的國外客不懂排隊禮儀，恣意插隊而不自知，若隨餐人員能協助引導就更好了，整體服務好、飲食好，讓人會再次預約～

在10/26下午5:30至8:00當值甜點櫃小姐(綁馬尾），請她拿甜點時一臉不耐煩的樣子，當時甜點區只有我和我母親要從冰箱內甜點，我首先請她拿一份給我就一副不是很開心的樣子，在我身後的母親也要拿又再麻煩她拿了一份，當下表情服務員無意，顧客看了有意，事後該服務員離開甜點冰櫃後，即與同仁有說有笑。之後回去跟其他家人分享，家人也對該服務員深感印象，當時她請服務員拿冰箱內甜點時，該服務員也是不太開心的跟他說，那不是他負責的地區。貴司的餐點與餐廳主打精緻化，加上一層服務費也相當於某些人一天的薪水，沒想到花費這樣的金額來用餐與慶祝爸爸生日的本意，會在結尾有了美中不足的印象。強烈建議貴司加強員工福利與待遇，若是部分員工身體不佳或是當日心情不適上班者，開放請假或是請其他同仁協助上班，公司與同仁共好才會有良好的工作環境並營造良好的用餐環境，顧客也不需要花費2000元看貴司員工臉色，將來也不會有負評產生。以上供參

菜色沒有想像好及多樣，以這個價位來說，高檔食材部分較少，牛肉麵太鹹，香魚又小又瘦，切牛排的刀太鈍，切出來的牛排都不完整，優點是時間很長可以慢慢吃。

整個餐廳服務非常好，雖然一開始被安排的位子確實不是很好，但帶位的先生非常細心，一有更好的位子馬上替我們更換，食物好吃，但食材沒有特別驚艷！

高挑高處在於森林的樹屋裡的感覺環境好,各樣的食物擺盤都非常講究，食物味道也多樣化沒樣也非常好吃，調的飲料也都不錯·喝，服務員的態度服務也都非常好，非常喜歡～

栢麗廳的重點反而不在生食，他的牛排、燒烤、湯品等熟食，還有剁椒雞，都好好吃！甜點也是每個外觀都很吸引人，超讚👍
