最好可經電郵改期。又訂金收得比較貴一點，最好每人先收之前的一半。多謝你們明白肯改期，彈性處理，謝謝你的款待。

非常好的用餐經驗，只是隔壁的客人太多電話，鈴聲又大聲沒弄靜音，影響了氣氛。會再去用餐，食材很新鮮，CP值很高

用餐環境佳，服務人員非常細心、專注，主廚準備食材及菜色設計均為水準之上，整體用餐感受良好，非常值得再次光顧。

只訂到8點的位置，一個人6500的餐點，但是服務品質真的有點糟糕。用餐到9:45左右，店家吧檯已經開始在打掃清潔，甚至潑水清潔之類的。營業時間是到10:00，代表店家後續的整理應該是要在十點之後比較合理。 6500的餐點，最後這樣客人邊用餐邊看餐廳清潔有點像是在吃路邊攤..... 10:00整一到，馬上告訴我們說你的用餐時間已經到了，同時餐廳也已經差不多清潔收拾完畢?

食料新鮮但現場看不到主廚手藝、刀工因所有食料都已切好，擺盆一般。當晚，大部分食料配用醬油和鹽巴（鹽巴沒處理過，仍有顆粒比較粗，入口較咸），並沒有配到其他醬料/沾料，例如橘子醋加茗荷/小葱/蔔白泥。熟食較少。可以的話，稍為調整生、熟菜式份量。青酒：每瓶酒都掛有介紹牌，可不做張酒單讓客人挑選，有需要時再請你們介紹。
