    服務態度真的太好了 因為是假日的關係所以有晚入座5-8分鐘但也有收到值班經理的招待和致歉 餐點也都超級好吃！ 重點是份量是可以吃飽的 店員代烤和剝蝦也很專業 請店員幫忙拍照也拍得很好 完全是100分+

    客人真的很多，用餐氣氛很棒，店內工業風設計很舒服，用餐食材部份都很新鮮好吃，服務人員也都很親切友善，值得再來光顧

    點了御品雙人套餐。肉品都表現得不錯，厚切牛舌真的一級棒。服務品質也是一級棒，會主動上來幫忙烤肉，但可能限時的緣故，稍微有點匆促的感覺，因為不用的餐點收走的速度很快。套餐裡面有個櫛瓜，本身很喜歡吃，但是上餐之後，那個櫛瓜薄到透光⋯⋯覺得櫛瓜也不是很貴，既然寫在菜單上，是否應該厚一點？不然還不如不寫。另外，醬料方面沒有具備大蒜，有點小小可惜。這個價位其實不算很便宜，其實應該還可以做得更好。cp值在同等餐廳中顯得比較不高。

    餐點選擇多樣、美味 服務人親切貼心，說明清楚 座位多 也適合聚餐 建議事先訂位，當天雖然非假日也算是客滿了 部分餐點有代烤服務，會考慮再來用餐。

    六人以上感覺要兩個烤盤比較方便，然後用餐時間可以延長到2個半小時，因為光是看菜單點餐就要不少時間，加上只有一個烤盤可以烤，其實後面吃的很有壓力

    價位算高價，以台中來說是前三的燒肉店，肉品好好吃，老井特調好喝，還有專人服務烤蝦，肉質新鮮好吃，值得再次回店品嚐

    1.甜點上桌前，桌子的餐具都沒收乾淨，桌子也沒有擦。吃甜點的氛圍就很糟糕。 2.桌邊服務人員一直要求我們上線給評分，這種感覺更糟糕 3.結帳人員動作太慢排隊都排到廁所門口去了。

    餐點上菜速度 太快，熟食一起上 又要邊吃烤肉..食物容易冷掉.. 肉品食材新鮮，環境不會太吵雜. 整體算是不錯。

    信彰服務良好，100分。桌邊經理也很熱心，畫盤好可愛！肉質鮮美！ 只是結帳時只有一個員工服務，要排比較久的時間。
