東西真的一般般。點餐。送餐間隔跟在趕火車一樣。沒有以前的熱忱。桌上的餐盤。用過的濕紙巾。放了超過20分鐘以上。還要麻煩服務人員收走。開水。沙瓦。從頭到尾沒來補過半次。說真的。這種cp值。我不如上去樓上吃藏壽司

很明顯地與以前所吃過的西堤印象完全不同，現在比較偏適合想吃連鎖快速餐廳的客人，服務水準也明顯有不同。

新品的菜色（金桔塔、牛肉洋芋沙拉、柏靈頓牛排）都不是很好吃，飲品的紅茶有股怪怪的味道，應該是水源的問題。因為是假日用餐，上菜很有效率，服務就是有做做樣子，但菜品跟服務都大不如前。

餐點品質很讚，非常飽足，且每一道菜都有小驚喜的成分。服務無話可說貼心到位。環境舒服乾淨，冷氣夠涼。用餐回頭率高。

1）服務專業不足（1-1）服務人員反問：什麼是A1牛排醬？在瞭解客人需求後也毫無下聞，只是止於向客人問問題。（1-2）客人點餐威靈頓牛排後為主動更換刀具，待牛排上桌，客人切趴了牛排才記起要換刀具。（1-3）點餐甜品巧克力蛋糕時，服務人員強調巧克力是冷凍的口感有點硬。我回問是否可以放桌上回溫再用口感回覆？服務人員機械式再次重申冷凍巧克力的缺點，並未正視回答我的提問，也為提供解決方法。西堤戴董您怎麼不去買18度的控溫蛋糕櫃？不要再為難你的員工了。 2）甜品芒果布丁風味表現不佳：同桌外國賓客問我可不可以換成「統一布丁」；餐後只好到樓下台糖超市買統一布丁。

蘑菇這個濃湯這個品項的湯本身不熱就算倒在加熱過的瓷盤上還是溫冷的（我們有三位選擇這個湯品，都一樣是這個問題）要求更換了兩次還是一樣建議商家還是要將湯品保持在中心溫度70度以上才能穩定食品的品質及食品安全問題

餐點氣氛服務好但有一些小建議生日的照相服務能不能請有拍照經驗的拍、而且不知道在趕什麼，速速結束第一張壽星臉全被桌上雙層蛋糕盤遮到第二張壽星換中間躲過被遮2個人卻半身不見 😔實在有點掃興我們選擇貴公司慶生，是已期待又愉快的心情，希望提出意見餐廳生意興隆
