餐點都不錯，CP值算高，吃餐廳場內服務人員親切，餐後水果茶真的不好喝，培茶布丁口感不佳，但服務人員有詢問表示關心

建議貼心建議：主餐餐點的熟度不能客製化的話應該要以有熟不能見血的熟度做為供餐的要件，畢竟如果造成客人事後腸胃問題就麻煩了！！

服務非常棒，某位服務生很細心，一開始點餐時有表明是為了抹茶季的甜點而來，可惜沒注意到時間而錯過了活動，但後來向其他服務生表明是為了生日聚餐而來的時候，其他服務生有提到會提供小蛋糕和拍照，不過因為沒有抹茶所以就婉拒了蛋糕的部分；令人驚喜的是，最後還是送來了一份蛋糕，而且是抹茶口味的，是由一開始點餐的服務生送來的，非常感謝她記得了我們的需求，給了我們美好的一天

送餐的服務人員不小心把湯汁滴在我兒子衣服上，不過經理很快就做了處理，贈送了一道餐點和小禮物並且不斷的致歉。在用餐過程中會詢問有哪一道餐點比較不滿意的，我們覺得湯類都不夠熱，溫溫的，後來有另外幫我們製作了一份很燙的海鮮湯，感覺還蠻好的，主餐肉類，甜點都很好吃，服務也很好，雖然中間有點小瑕疵，但是後續處理還是蠻令人愉快的。下次還會再來，謝謝！

用餐快吃完還有小果蠅，而離開的時候才發現母親節點兩客還有送蛋糕，服務生沒有告知，還是我們不符合活動規則？沒關係我們也吃飽了才看到，只是覺得如果有符合怎麼沒有告知。王品旗下應該不至於。
