   Fantastic food, service slow, for a quiet evening! Had to ask about Supper Club menu, which we then received the menu for (not mentioned before ordering) very quiet evening, Horsham advertising advised! Then charged for full menu price! However, with these little niggles, address them please, and this will be a superb place to eat.....

   We had a lovely lunch celebrating my sisters birthday. Excellent and very welcoming staff, seated us at a great table allowing for us also having a dig with us. The food was great and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you everyone.

   Took 2 and a half hours to eat when in fact we were in a bit of a hurry. It wasn’t cos they were busy just not organised.

   Our tea and coffee was brought ten minutes before our desert which spoilt the meal. Please do not bring tea and coffee order before the deserts unless requested. Tea and coffee is traditionally served in this country after a meal which seams to have been forgotten by younger waiters. They need training on how to serve meals correctly. Your disabled toilet is not being used correctly, it is being used by able bodied people who are too lazy to walk up the stairs. If you make this toilet available for everyone clean it more often and install another toilet downstairs. The disabled toilet was obstructed with high chairs, which blocked the door and made my disabled friends electric wheel chair very difficult to manoeuvre, this is dangerous and could have tipped the chair over, especially when other able bodied customers are trying to push past to get in the toilet. Disables toilets are usually locked and made available by the staff on request.

   Excellent service and ambience in recently refurbished building. My main course was slightly over cooked but other Mains were well received. Condition of Ale was fine but not great. Friendly and helpful staff and good parking facilities.

   We had lunch at the Owl, the staff were warm and welcoming, the food very well presented and tasty. We would recommend.

   A most pleasant experience at the Owl. The food and service were both outstanding today. Very much recommend a quiet lunch meeting friends.

    Sadly our chicken schnitzel was burnt and hard on the underside and very greasy- there was grease all over the plate. I did eat mine as I was very hungry but it was not nice. My friend couldn't eat her as the grease made her feel sick. I told the waitress we had not enjoyed the meal, explaining why. She offered us a free drink, which was nice, but we didn't want one. We decided to order desserts, but when my friend's meringue desert arrived it was crushed badly with bits of morale all over the plate! However, it tasted very good and there were no complaints in that regard. The service was good and the waitresses polite and helpful. I have eaten at this restaurant before and it was a very different experience as it was a lovely meal with no complaints at all. I'm not sure what happened today.
