以這種價位來看待，服務品質還有很大的進步空間： 1.食物點了有漏掉需要客人跟服務員反應才送來 2.鍋底沒湯了也是要客戶自己跟服務員反應才會來加 3.桌子不大但肉盤菜盤擺滿桌，服務員還問客戶說要放在哪？ 4.有提供兒童餐點但沒有安全餐具？以四人套餐每人單價破千元的餐廳來說，期待值自然不小。食物新鮮是基本的，菜肉品質好但也沒有特別好吃到驚豔，服務品質也是一般，相較下王品的服務體驗來得更好，提供給店家跟食客們參考

兩人用餐被安排在吧台區，認為應事先告知，或是訂位時就直接顧客選是要一般座位區還是吧台座位區，高單價的鍋物，坐在吧台區用餐覺得不適，桌面也很小，人員收其他客人的空盤子直接放在我正前方的桌面下？距離超近又疊超高！不衛生程度到一個極致，整個用餐過程不是很舒服，真的需要改善，第一次吃也是最後一次吃！
