   The menu has been slimmed down and prices were raised to some unusual levels, but the service was excellent and quality seemed great.

   The onion rings! Best I’ve ever had- tender but not soggy onions, crispy without being greasy, and not even a HINT of that crust sliding off. Steak was perfectly cooked, waitstaff was superb. Oysters were DIVINE- perfect pairing with an ice-cold martini (chefs kiss). Even the crème brûlée (usually I find it the most dull of all desserts) was amazing- like a campfire-roasted marshmallow decided to dress up for a swanky night out on the town. 10/10. A splurge for sure (not easy on the pocketbook) but worth it for a special occasion or over-the-top fancy date night.

   It's not just the steaks, though they are consistently wonderful. The Ringside's menu has gradually evolved over the years with even the recipes for key dishes (such as the fried chicken) evolving. But some things stay the same. The attentive, friendly service, the muted ambience, the first-class bar, and the expansive wine list. We took out-of-town guests to the Ringside last night. As we left, they said what others have said before them. "I think that may have been the best meal I've had in my life."

   We asked for medium rare and we got over well done… it tasted good and the service was well but the part we paid for wasn’t the best . I’d come back and let em redeem their selfs.

    As always, an impeccable experience. The staff is so very gracious, honoring our 42nd wedding anniversary! We dine here every year we've lived here, first time 2/16/2024! Rib Eye and Filet cooked to perfection. We split the Wedge Salad and the Baked Potato. Bread is fabulous, right from the oven. Creme Brulee was complimentary as our gift from Ringside, and the Mexican Hot Chocolate ice cream was over the top!!!
