   Outstanding experience every time. The team are so incredible and so is the food. Highly recommend the Antipasti Misti and the wagyu bolognese. All of the sommeliers are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

   The Broadmore is a beautiful opulent resort in a stunning setting, surrounded by mountains. Everything is uplifted and the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nice and the waiter was great. My food (chicken) was very basic, with not much flavor, and the white meat was dry. This is a common problem with chicken since it has to be cooked ahead of time. I would have expected an upscale restaurant like this to sous vide half chickens to avoid this problem and for there to have been a nice sauce for more flavor. This dish was not great. Others in my part did like their choices (pizza and pasta), so only mine was disappointing. The Chianti ( CASINA DI CORNIA CHIANTI CLASSICO )we got was excellent!

   The service and ambiance were fantastic. I was disappointed in my salad and the lasagna entree. The salad was just a little lettuce with minimal dressing. The lasagna was a little dry as well. I tried my husbands entree. Mine was the case e peppe which was phenomenal though!

   An outstanding experience with a picturesque backdrop. Service was exceptional, food was delicious and the scene wonderful, especially being sat by the window. Our anniversary was perfect.

   What an absolutely lovely conclusion to our week’s stay. The service was impeccable. Megan P, Brian and Mary were attentive in the best way. The food was excellent~with the absolute best beet salad we’ve ever had. Worth a plane trip back from Austin! Our entrees were so remarkable. Please congratulate the Chef for surprising two people who’ve dined everywhere. A very special shout out to Madhura, whom we first met at Julie’s eatery. What a delight to see her again in her primary position at Ristorante Del Lago. She personifies elegance and grace. We cannot wait to return next year to the Broadmoor to experience this remarkable restaurant. Thank you.

   The food was delicious with homemade pasta. The house wine was amazing. Highly recommend trying the beet and buffalo mozzarella salad.

   I’ve eaten here probably a dozen times and last night was just pretty bland. The restaurant is expensive, the entree portions are small and the flavors were just a bit bland. I’ve eaten here other times and it was great, so I don’t know what to think, but for the high price I’d expect more

    A delicious and authentic Italian dining experience in CO!! The charcuterie and formaggio misto board was truly top quality and offered just the right amount of each for sampling with their tasteful house rosso vino. The Bolognese was perfectly prepared and full of wonderful arrays of flavor between the wagyu beef and tomato sauce. Buon appetito!!!
