My wife’s Carbonara was cold when it came out while my pasta was still steaming hot - likely just prepared hers first but it definitely sat too long. Otherwise food was tasty!

Food was phenomenal! The bruschetta was so tasty and the portion was enough for a meal lol. The lamb was well seasoned and even tastier! I really enjoyed the fresh fettuccine too! So authentic and delicious! And the owners are kind and equally personable

Great food. Pasta was amazing, and the Tuscany platter was really good (the olives were bland).

We booked Rome's Flavours for our anniversary because our favorite Italian restaurant didn't have availability. We were excited at the aspect of finding a new, authentic place. We were seated right away and the table had a few cute decorations for our occasion, which was nice. Our waitress was lovely, and took our drink order. Our glasses of Super Tuscan arrived ice cold, which we thought was odd, but not a deal breaker. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees. The charcuterie appetizer arrived and was delicious but then about an hour went by. People seated after us were done with their dinner and leaving. When our entrees finally arrived, we first noticed that the portions were a little smaller than average. The second thing we noticed was that my wife's was room temperature. That was because her gnocchi was completely raw. It took awhile to flag down a waitress (not ours), who apologized and took her plate away. My wife asked me to please eat my dinner, so it wouldn't get cold. My carbonara was ok, but not great. The pasta was a little egg-heavy and the sauce lacked seasoning. By the time the waitress came back to tell us my wife's dinner would be out soon, I was done eating. She asked the waitress to cancel her plate. The waitress told us she would give us the dish to go, but my wife told her no thank you. She boxed it for us anyway. I understand everyone has an off night, but I just don't understand how it's possible to serve completely uncooked food. I hate to sound dramatic, but it ruined our anniversary dinner. :(

Dear Dante, I apologize for the mix-up that affected your anniversary. it's appended because we swapped two gnocchi put boiling just 2' apart. Regarding the Carbonara, many diners are accustomed to carbonaras that some "Italian restaurants" add with heavy cream for a creamier texture and milder flavor. As natives of Rome adding cream to Carbonara is sacrilege! :) As for the wine, the perception that red wine should be served at room temperature does not consider the ambient temperature of the location. Therefore, we serve our red wine slightly cooler to ensure it reaches the optimal drinking temperature within 15-20 minutes. We hope you will allow us another opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to quality and become your preferred authentic Italian restaurant. Best regards, Pino

Amazing and authentic (no, really authentic!) Italian food. The location was good and the simple decor was tasteful. Options to suit indoors or out. The waitstaff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Did I mention how authentic the food is? Just be aware, the bill adds up quickly!
