At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant.     Service from bar and kitchen very slow. Seafood overcooked. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this restaurant. Manager did comp a few items. Really disappointed,

    NY Strip cooked the way I prefer, bread was so soft, mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese was delish! Also, great service all around.

    The lamb was supposed to be cooked medium it tasted like rubber, and the brussel sprouts were so burnt they were inedible, the wait staff was very professional
