   This location does not honor reservations and gave our table away to a party who came in after us with a later reservation forcing us to be sat in the bar. The bar is a completely different atmosphere and not why we came in to have a family dinner and the servers who work in the bar don’t seem like they’re held to the same standard as the regular dinning. Everything we ordered either came out wrong or they were out of. We had such a magical time last Christmas we wanted to make it a new tradition and that was ruined by last nights experience. The food was amazing as it should be but the overall experience was not.

   Busy busy night. Xmas day will not be in our future. Not prepared for the crowds. Had a 6:30 reservation sat at 7:05. Didn’t get salads until 8. Ran out of a side dish. Asked for a clean fork took 5 minutes.

   We made a reservation through Open Door for Christmas Day at 6pm. We made the Reservation a month in advance. We arrived at Ruth’s Chris 15 minutes before our reservation time, at 5:45pm, and were asked to wait because they were clearing off tables. As we waited, more persons with reservations arrived and were told the same thing. The “we’re clearing off tables” rationale was repeated over and over, yet at the same time, couples and groups that had dined earlier were leaving. We were finally seated at 6:15, 15 minutes after our Reservation time. We’ve dined here on Christmas Day twice before using the Open Table app, and never encountered a delay in seating. When you make a reservation for an upscale restaurant, where the bill for 2 people is going to exceed $100, you expect the Reservation time to be honored. We did mention this to the manager, as he was going around to tables greeting customers. He gave no reason for the delay. Other than the delay in being seated, the food and service by our waiter were excellent.

   Such a perfect choice for a late Christmas lunch. From the way we were greeted when we arrived to the very last moment. We had the crab stuffed mushrooms appetizer that was delicious. My husband had the grilled salmon and I had a petite filet. Both perfectly cooked and very good. We shared the creamed spinach, generous portion and so good. I had a glass of the house wine and my husband a couple of cocktails. Atmosphere was quiet enough for conversation. Wonderful service. We were both totally pleased with everything.

   We are a fan of Ruth’ Chris, but this location is an outstanding place. Food always good, service is solid and the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing dinner.

   John was amazing he made it a wonderful experience for my wife's birthday. We ordered way too much, and he was nice enough to pack it all up to go. Sara was also amazing, making sure we enjoyed our visit. Thank you for they great experience

    Disappointed there is no longer a sommelier. We like coming to RC for the wine list which is very much reduced and then not to have as much help with the wines you carry was a bit of a surprise. We’ll still be back, love the food and the ambience.
