Excellent Christmas Dinner! The staff was wonderful, the food was excellent and we had an outstanding time. Considering all the devastation these people have experienced, they deserve a BIG thank you for making it such a memorable experience!

Food was excellent except our side dishes were cold and needed to be sent back. Our service was horrible. We kept having to track down other wait staff for refills etc. The Manager Tricia was attentive and responsive. Overall somewhat disappointing for a Ruth Chris experien e.

The steaks were very flavorful as always, but we were disappointed that they were out of cream spinach and that they charge a $35 corkage fee which we feel is a little excessive.

Service was fine. It was a little slow but they were understaffed. We were with friends so we were able to visit while waiting for our food.

We have eaten at Ruth’s Chris many times. The food is always delicious and the service has always been top notch. During our recent visit the service was less than mediocre. We waited to even be served. Drinks were empty most of the evening and our table was cleared of items we were not finished with. We were not asked if they could be taken. Just a disappointment when service is one of the reasons we have always enjoyed Ruth’s Chris.

I thoroughly enjoyed my thanksgiving dinner experience at Ruth’s Chris Asheville everyone from the host, servers, and managers were very accommodating and made feel very welcome. The food was top tier we had the Oso bucco ravioli for the app, filet, ribeye, crab cakes for the entrees and mashed potatoes and broccoli for the sides everything was excellent.
