   Usual great food quality from a Ruth's Chris. This time, the service was not that great for a not too busy Tuesday night. And bar was apparently out of stock of a nubmer of selections.

   The smallest 11 ounce Steak we have ever experienced!!.... had to verify with Bar Tender that it truly was an 11 ounce steak!!... : ( No complementary Dessert even though we were celebrating a Birthday and made it Clear with the Host when she seated us... : ( What a clear difference when dining at an Austin Ruth Chris location as opposed to a San Antonio Ruth Chris Location.

   We had a 7:30 reservation for 12 people . The first server seemed a bit agitated , but we got a new server as they told us our other server was going to be used in another area . Okay that’s fine , but wouldn’t you know the plan when you have a small private room for 12 as a reservation ? The service started okay , as the meal proceeded the service slowly got worse . Salads missing from delivery from others etc. meals came out some wrong , asked for butterfly , not, steaks not cooked correctly. Not all sides items delivered . Literally appetizer plates still out when me came , table not serviced well at all . Our meal was three hours long at least one hour longer than it should have been . Just waiting for the check was 20 minutes . Overall understaffed and no attention from management

   Perfekter Service, hervorragende Vorspeise, auf den Punkt gebratenes Steak und zum Abschluss eine Creme Brulee vom Feinsten … absolut perfekt.

   I have always loved Ruth’s Chris the food is always fabulous. A little upset with our server. He was not attentive. Lots of errors in requests. He also brought out espresso with no spoon or saucer he seemed pre occupied. No manager introduction. Thank goodness TYE food is always top notch!

    The restaurant was fairly empty and it took our server 45 minutes from the time we were seating until he finally came and got our drink orders. It was our anniversary dinner and we ended up having to tell our server to rush out our food for our meal because we had to go home and relieve the babysitter. I had to run out and grab the car from valet as my husband attempted to sit by himself and eat our anniversary dessert that was brought to us after we asked for the check. It was just sooooooo slow.
