   I did not like the environment. It seemed like slavery era style of house and setup, which made it very awkward for my wife and her mother who are African American. The setup was very confusing. Our server was good but it was Valentine's Day so I'm sure she couldn't check on us as much as she wanted. It took her 10-15 mins to come to the table every time. All of our food was very bland. We got Our bill came up to $150 for very mediocre food that could definitely have been replicated by a 10 year old from a YouTube video.

   It was my husband and I celebrating our 5th anniversary on Valentine's Day it was our 1st time at Ruth Chris everyone from the host to the servers was awesome the food and the desert was great as well we will be visiting once again!!

   I've dined at Biloxi Ruth's Chris 25 or so time over the years. Usually this place is spot on with excellent food and service. Today it was a dumpster fire. Had a reservation and was seated early. We had water delivered quickly and ordered our dinner selection within 10 minutes of sitting down. 30 minutes later they brought the salad. They apologized for the delay. 5 minutes later they brought the bread that is usually on the table within 10 minutes of sitting. They apologized. At the 1 hour mark from order time they apologized for the delay of a filet and lobster tail and said there were only 3 orders ahead of us. We received our food 1:15 after we ordered. The lobster was great. The steak was over cooked and solid black burnt on the top. I have never received an overcooked steak at RC. I understand having a problem in the kitchen but why do you let it happen over and over in the same evening. What was the most bothersome was on the way out my girl used the bathroom by the host stand. The host asked how was dinner. I explained the above. She said "I'm Sorry that we are busy" I would guess that 20% of the tables were vacant. I hope this level of service is not the new norm at Ruth's Chris Biloxi

   We were greeted with welcoming smiles as soon as we walked through the door. We were seated immediately. It was my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. The table setting included rose petals and confetti, we enjoyed the special attention. The food was delicious and wine choices were excellent . The service was excellent.

   The visit was Perfect. It started with wonderful cocktails to the hottest bread to salads and the meal and then dessert! Every single thing was delicious and I am very picky. It was the Best experience ever!!

   Austin was hands down one of the best servers I have ever had! We were celebrating a Birthday and he went out of his way to make the Birthday Girl feel special! We had an awesome time!

    We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and it was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special, and the food was incredible as always—steaks cooked to perfection and sides that were just as delicious.
