   I haven’t been to this restaurant in a long time and we had a gift card so we decided to give it a try. The interior looks like the old world steakhouses. The service was good except that I ordered a baked potato and I mentioned to them that the last time I was there which was at least a year ago the potato didn’t come out properly. He said the potatoes were good. He assured me but it did not come out properly. I had to send it back and then it was perfect. And a $13 for a potato I expected to be perfect and they advertise it as a pound potato that was not a pound potato not a big deal on that end for me This should not happen in a upscale steakhouse like this one. The steak was good and that wouldn’t come out just OK if it did they wouldn’t still be in business. There’s so many steakhouses around. This is just one of the old ones that’s trying to still move on. They do have valet parking. This was just a three star experience. And with as many steakhouses as there are, it should’ve been much more.

   I love a Ruth Chris NY Strip steak. I have eaten at this RC prior and found it to be 5 stars across the board. Not so much last evening. If we didn’t have the trainee Josh recognize we had been sitting without service we would have continued a long wait. He was awesome! He saved the evening. I am not sure if they were short staffed or if the kitchen was backed up, either case I do not expect average from RC. The main waitress that was training Josh forgot our drink order. Again, Josh came over and saved the evening. I hope this overall experience was a rare anomaly. As for my steak, it wasn’t as tender as usual but still very good. My daughter’s filet was a bit over done but the lobster tail was on point. The manager, Philippe stopped by to introduce himself which was a nice touch. I let him know Josh is a star hire and may be better than some of his current full time staff. I will return and am hopeful the RC 5 star service and food will be back to form.

   Hi we ate dinner last night in your restaurant and the service was extremely slow. The waiter did try hard but are steak was served dripping in butter when we ordered no butter, they immediately took it to the back brought another steak out 7 min later now the vegetables and potatoes were now cold. Steak was raw when ordered medium so one more time he takes 3/4 of a steak and cooks it some more veggies potatoes even more cold. Pomegranate martini had no vodka in it, idk why as it was not ordered as a virgin. Ordered dessert and coffees three coffees were brought 5 min apart from each one that was served and the dessert was gone by time anyone even got their coffee at all. Had to ask for bread and butter it was truly our worst experience at Ruth’s Chris ever and it’s our favorite. So many steak houses to choose from it most likely won’t be Ruth’s Chris. Sadly disappointed
