   My husband was disappointed the Lobster bisque was no longer available. He then asked for a PLAIN iceberg and tomato salad , It took 3 times to get it right (arugala, then romaine , etc.) The wine we chose was out of stock as well. The quality was good, but the usual excellent meal was off.

   Very disappointing experience. We were 8 people and the food was not cooked as requested. Half of the meals had to be redone and the wrong meals were served to the wrong people. One meal went back twice resulting in that person the meal altogether. Have been celebrating my grandson’s birthday at Ruth Chris in Boca for over ten years. Doubt we will continue the tradition. Coffee and dessert were no better. One dessert beverage arrived.

   Always consistent for both food and service. I prefer the brown butter cooking of the steak. It is my favorite steak restaurant for the porterhouse for 2. They also gave all the women a red rose. Highly recommend!!

   We went to Ruth Chris on Saturday 2/15. We had a 9pm reservation, we got there early and sat in the bar/lounge area. Halfway through dinner, the power went off. This slowed down the service extremely and was not pleasant after that. It took a long time to get the check settled as the staff was struggling with the power outage. They did the best they could given the situation. They had multiple patrons walk out. They should have offered those customers an incentive to come back at another time. I travel 40 minutes to get to the restaurant, not even a small discount was offered.

   Its rare I take time to write reviews as we don’t often have much unique to share but for this place, save your money. From the moment we walked in it became obvious this place seemed more like Outback Steakhouse than Morton’s level without even a comfortable waiting area. Its one room seemed like a cafeteria restaurant.. TVs on in dining room destroyed any upscale ambiance. Even looked out of place with one TV installed crooked on a column too small to properly accommodate it aesthetically. Lights went out to complete darkness except for table candle lights. Seemed nice at first until people realized, why aren’t emergency lights on as probably required. Required phone light to read menu but then struggled to see our steaks once they arrived. Ribeye was tough but no server in sight for assistance until it was too late to salvage. Table was rarely checked on - no water refill, no black pepper offered, couldn’t even get missing silverware timely. You’d think a manager would come around to explain things or check on people but no. Upon our complaining to server, a free desert was offered but limited to one choice! We heard adjacent tables trying to explain the lack of everything was worth more in concessions than a no choice desert option for a Valentines weekend dinner. While exiting, a reception person overheard us expressing how bad tonight’s experience was to one another so she chimed in and suggested a manager will call us the following day. A nice gesture if it leads to compensation or free invite back to make things right but really a manager should have talked with us that moment before we left. Overall changed our perception of Ruth Chris expectations.

   Food just ok. Been there a few months ago it was good this time not so good had to send back to get med rear from rear. Sides fair and than lights went out no generator.over price!

   Seated next to kitchen door so constantly heard waiters yelling about in and out of doors. Steak had sinews. Finally lights went out in building. Too much competition around to pay $100.00 head for mediocrity

   The service was excellent. The wait staff consisted of Daphne and Jaden. They were amazing, and very attentive. My husband and I had lobster surf and turf, lamb chops, Caesar salad and lobster mac and cheese. Our meal was delicious. We both indulged in cocktails: I had a Tito’s dirty martini with blue cheese olives and he had a Tito’s with club soda…both drinks were great! Overall experience gets 5 stars ⭐️

   Steaks were over cooked. Crab stuffed mushrooms had zero flavor and seasoning. Spring mix was mixed with wedge salad (never seen that before). Asked for medium rare steak and it was medium plus. Also bc the plate is so hot the steak continued to sizzle with the butter and made the bottom charred. Meal was way over priced. $300+ for one cocktail, one appetizer, two entrees and 1 side.
