    Service was fantastic. Wait and management staff made effort to get to know us. Personal attention was great. But, and this is not a criticism of the restaurant at all/-we were amazed and disappointed in the number of patrons who were dressed (or rather undressed) in attire totally unsuitable and disrespectful of a fine restaurant.

    I come here often, but this time was the first time the food was subpar. I feel as if I was given poorly made food because they figured I wouldn't know any better. The waiter and manager made it right, but the experience was unfortunate because now I don't think I'll be back.

    My husband and I went to Ruth’s Chris for my birthday and the food, atmosphere and customer service were phenomenal. Our waiter Max was very pleasant and engaging. The general manager was also very nice. Definitely try the stuffed chicken, it was seasoned to perfection!!

    Had no idea the “Tasting” dinner would be a group table with strangers conference style dinner. There is zero mention of this in the information or details. Food service was so slow and not a good idea for a date night like we planned. Felt duped into having to make polite conversation in what felt like a forced conference setting.
