   Our server, George, always gives great service! He checks on how we are doing and brings refills (soda) before we are even done drinking what we have. Been going to Ruth's Chris for several years to celebrate birthdays and anniversary.

   The food is always delicious at Ruth's Steak House. We ordered steak, shrimp, seared ahi, and fries. Everything was seasoned perfectly and served hot. The only disappointment were the fries. They were not crispy at all and we wished we hadn't ordered them but they were a "special" for the evening so we were excited about it. Five stars for our server Kyle and the staff who assisted him (didn't get their names). Service is always professional and spot on at Ruth's.

   Overall food and service were great. Just didn’t like the table they sat us which was the very far corner of the restaurant. It was very dark and felt we were too far away.

   You get what you pay for. The best steak I’ve ever had 25 years running… Keep trying to find a better one… Will keep looking but here I am

   We have been going to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate our anniversary on Ala Moana Blvd for the past 5 years . ( live in Oregon but take care of my mom in Hawaii) The service (Chris) and food are outstanding! We are never disappointed. Yes, we do have dinner there other times of the year.

   Always a fantastic meal and amazing service. Kyle was our server and he is kind, knowledgeable and on point. We appreciate this location and the team they have on staff

   The “upgrading” of our dinner choice didn’t match what the server mentioned when reflected in the bill, it was considerably more. I should of inquired about it but we were enjoying our anniversary. I think there was a misunderstanding on the “upgrade”.
