   Our waiter Chris was amazing from start to finish and his assistant Brianna was on top of everything as well. I may have got names mixed up but we were celebrating my fiancés birthday and I’d recommend to anyone it was phenomenal. 10/10!

   Overall very disappointed in our visit. We made reservations for my son’s birthday and were excited for a nice night out to celebrate him. We were seated and introduced to our server and his assistant. Then everything went downhill. We ordered drinks which we didn’t receive for 45 minutes even after reminding both our server and the assistant when they refilled our waters. I ordered for the table and the server kept emphasizing how the sides were ‘family sized’ and implied we should order less multiple times. I understood we would likely have take home leftovers but wanted my son to be able to try a variety of things. My order was wrong and missing food (I ordered the Ruth’s Classic Steak and Shrimp, I only received the soup which had shell pieces in it and the entree. No garlic potatoes or dessert). My partner’s ribeye was very chewy. We did appreciate that my son received a dessert ‘on the house’ but we weren’t told this until after we had ordered dessert for the table. I had assumed mine would be included in the pairing for the Classic but I was charged for my dessert. For a $346 tab I would have expected a lot better quality and service. I did tip $70 because my partner was in the service industry and I understand the value of tipping but we will never visit a Ruth Chris’ again. I wish we would have just gone to the Chop House across the street and will plan to go there next time we’re in GR. I would’ve have given this experience a zero stars if the option was available. Edit: I also just realized that the $60 I spent to make the reservation wasn’t included in the tab. So overall this was a $476 bill. And I realize I should’ve checked this while we were there but I usually don’t worry about these types of errors being made especially at a place like this.

   They can NOT seem to get the steamed broccoli right. I love the staff here. Their steaks are fab but they keep overcooking the steamed broccoli. I do not want it dark green.

   So paid 20 per person to reserve get the 15 min early had to wait , the little sitting area was cold , still awaited more than 15 min after the scheduled time. Beautiful but loud , food very pricey not season all but cooked well other than the scallop cheese potatoes thanks for the garlic butter helped a lot . When packaging leftover didn't pack all that was on plate and left out the bread also for the price we want all our food , esp for the special day of birthday and anniversary it gets a 3 star

   Everything was excellent! Always a wonderful experience at this Ruth’s Chris. Our server, Autumn was attentive and knowledgeable and the food was prepared perfectly. We are looking forward to returning in the near future!

    Another wonderful evening! Enjoyed our favorites, filets, chopped salads and cheesy potatoes. Everything was prepared perfectly and Kurt and Nathan were attentive and fabulous servers. Thanks again.
