    Service was exceptional wonderful! Burt was so amazing. The food wasn't the best although the Gumbo was great. The lobster was over cooked and the steak had no flavor for the price it was not worth it. Conners food is much better

    Our first time at Ruth’s Chris was incredible, thanks to Demetra and the amazing food! Demetra was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made our experience unforgettable, from recommending the perfect wine to ensuring every detail was flawless. The steak was cooked to perfection, and every bite of our meal was delicious. The host and Demetra both acknowledged my birthday and made it a special night! We can’t wait to come back—and hope Demetra is our server again!

    The servers were all very nice but were incredibly slow. Everything was slow and I was one of the first customers there. A manager never came by to check it I would have let them know. Steak was hard and over cooked. It was my birthday and that was listed in the reservation and no one said a word about it. A very poor experience for the level of a Ruth’s Chris.
