   Part of our order had to be remade do to shell fish allergies. My fiancé asked for just the salmon and the meal came out with the shrimp aswell. So instead of them taking all the food back to keep it hot atleast, the left it on the table. Once the salmon did come back out, of course everything else was cold. My lamb chops were cooked medium well, however they weren’t tenderized at all. They were very tough, the mashed potatoes and asparagus was very bland. The waiter asked how was the meal and I told her the lamb chops were tough, she didn’t reply or express any further concern.

   Our party of six has been coming to Ruth’s Chris for many years on Valentine’s Day. Because of conflicts we had to eat there on the 15th. The new layout with added a tables made it extremely cramped in there and my chair was bumped multiple times as servers were trying to squeeze between me and the table behind me. We were practically on top of each other and the party next to us was loud and we could hear every detail of every conversation they had, which had not normally been the case. We always had a table by the window, but this year the layout was only two tops all along the windows, and all of the larger tables absolutely crammed in there. Our server mentioned that extra tables have been brought in which negatively impacted our experience. Unfortunately, we may not be dining there on Valentines anymore if you’re going to continue to cram in more tables and put us on top of each other.

   The steak and lobster was really good. The Brussel sprouts did not have any flavor and my wife’s chicken could have cooked a bit longer. Maybe the kitchen was too busy because it’s the day after Valentine’s Day. I also requested a booth and my wife and I were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant. Usually the experience at this location is a lot better.

   Our waitress Kim was fantastic. 3 of 4 steaks were fantastic but 1 was undercooked and very gristly due to being At the far end of the NY strip. For $61 they should all be from the front end of the strip not that far down. The crème brûlée was possibly the best I’ve ever had. We love Ruth’s but please tighten up on the NY strip. Long time customer.

   This was my 2025 Valentine’s dinner. I ordered a ribeye medium well and a chopped salad. The ribeye came out with no Bone. I never have to request that because that’s how it’s has always come. Our waitress Brea immediately apologize. and replied “she should have asked “ not a problem, took it back and brought me back one with a bone, not cooked medium well, had too much pink inside and by this time I’m finish my salad , moscato and my husband has finished his entire meal. Needless to say, I had to get it to go Ruth Chris service & servers has definitely changed ..It’s no longer my first choice. Hubby paid a $200 bill for a steak I had to get to go.We won’t be back ..

   I booked the Valentine’s dinner for my best friend and myself. We both did the Ruth’s pairing. Not pictured were our Caesar and Steakhouse salads bc we truly demolished them before remembering to take any pictures LOL The steak & shrimp were impeccable. The mashed potatoes were a little unseasoned but that is an easy fix. My French 75 was delicious! The view was amazing & we both received a complementary red rose after our dinner. I also need to give a special shout out to Corey! I had a wardrobe malfunction and he went completely out of his way to ensure that I had the help I needed to continue my day. So thank you so so much to Corey!
