    Very disappointed in this location. We made a reservation and when we arrived we were told that they had no room in the restaurant so they sat us in a banquet room in the hotel completely cut off from the restaurant. It also states that valet is free which is not the case anymore. They said they changed that a few months ago and have not updated their marketing material. Overall this place completely misled us. They should have called me to ask if we would be comfortable sitting in a banquet room ahead of our arrival. Worst Ruth's Chris ever.

    My order was wrong. Informed waiter, was instructed kitchen mistake, but keep it. Plates were burning hot, food was room cold. Steak not seasoned and over cooked. Was charged for kitchen mistake, I formed waiter, it was corrected. Overall I was not satisfied. My party of 6 had issues as well.

    We’re looking forward to celebrating our anniversary with you. The service we experienced was absolutely wonderful. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciated the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for us!

    The food was amazing, we got the porterhouse for 2, lobster mac and cheese, potatoes au gratin, and lobster tail and everything was extremely taste and amazing, the server was great, great experience 😋

    I could almost cut my steak with a fork. It was so tender and fresh. The entire meal was such a pleasure! Isaac was an amazing server

    This Ruth's Chris has been in the same location in Nashville for many years. It's a great location! The Food never disappoints and the service is always excellent. The ambiance is stylish and they have a great bar. I highly recommend this Ruth's Chris.

    Ana ing customer service from the time we walked through the door. Hannah our server was experienced and very accommodating! The food was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was elegant and cozy perfect for a holiday meal!

    We canceled another reservation because they couldn’t seat one more person at our table and we were worried about having a Thanksgiving experience at RC BUT…. WOW! Top to bottom Ruth Chris exceeded our expectations!! We’ll be back soon
