   Ruth Chris is usually on point, but since this is Sunday of the V-Day weekend, the wait time was a little long for my reservation, there were menu items unavailable (i.e., oysters), my date's strip steak (supposed to be medium-well) was a little more done (no soft pink) than expected, and it took an inordinate amount of time to receive the meal. Overall, this was not the best visit, but typically RC dining is a good B+

   Our table was dirty when we were seated-crumbs on chair and flower petals on table from last guest. No napkins on table to wipe away crumbs. Half an hour after drink order we got 1 beer in a broken glass-they were out of the wine ordered and just forgot the iced tea. The rest of the dinner was much of the same-waiting forever or mediocre food. Will not return.

   Always an amazing experience at this Ruth’s Chris location. Perfect for a fancier night out or a dinner with a group. The mango strawberry mojito and stuffed chicken breast were out of this world. Atmosphere is calm and staff are all friendly. Best place for a special occasion, can’t wait to go back !

   We went on Valentine’s Day weekend wasn’t too packed food was out on time and good the dress code is becoming a little bit laxed but comfortable still a nice restaurant

   Food was stunning per usual, but having to wait 45 minutes with a reservation was not. Besides that issue, Liz was amazing and the food was a 10/10.

   I was very disappointed with our evening at Ruth's Chris. Normally they provide outstanding service. This particular evening, they did not have their act together at all. The timing was all out of whack. We were seated, received bread, no water and it took at least 15 minutes for our waiter to come and take drink and appetizer orders. The appetizers came out long before our drinks did. Used dishes stayed on our table throughout the meal and our waiter was bussing the table, in addition to serving. We had indicated that we were celebrating a birthday and the waiter seemed completely unaware of that. It was a really unpleasant experience and totally different from what we expected from Ruth's Chris.

   Waiter was on his game. Great at his job. All the food from the bread, appetizer to the meals and side. Last but not least the awesome cheese cake with the raspberry topping. The coffee was also very good. Thanks for a great experience.

   Food was excellent. Service was poor. Waitress was inattentive to us. Our reservation was for 6pm. Seated promptly. Did not leave until 9:15. We waited a tremendous amount of time for waitress to return to us between interactions.

    this was my most disappointed experience at Ruth Chris.It was valentine's day so i knew it would be crowded but i made a reservation 2 weeks before, specifying booth seating on Open Table. I even called 3 days before and reaffirmed my reservation with booth request. The lady on the phone said no worries, i got you set. of course we arrive for 630p reservation and was told a booth wasnt available. The guy at the desk proceeds to give me a 6 foot 235lb man a single deuce table in an adjacent room, not even the main room. i felt from then on it was like a cracker barrel experience..sub-par, sub-par, sub-par....poor late arriving drinks, smaller than normal portion sizes, an inflated prices...i felt saddened paying nearly 300 dollars for such a marginal experience....this is not the Ruth Chris i know...i am thinking the pier 5 one would have been a better choice
