    We enjoyed an outstanding thanksgiving dinner at Ruth Chris. There was a Smokey flavor in the turkey and gravy that was unexpected and really good. The sides were prepared perfectly and they even gave us extra to take home so we could enjoy leftovers this evening. Our server Chris was exceptional. Ruth Chris is our new Thanksgiving tradition.

    Not sure what happened here but we won’t be back. Poor service, food wasn’t great and our server forgot one of the items we ordered and didn’t really apologize. When they brought out one of the scorching out plates the server delivering it almost spilled the juice on my lap, didnt apolgoize. No refills on drinks, item was missed in order by server, etc. The missing food came out well after we were done eating. Other tables got the traditional left overs they send home for Thanksgiving and we did not. I was less then impressed and didn’t see a manager walking around checking on things either. We have dined regularly at RC including this location and never experienced this poor of service.

    We've been going to Ruth's Chris for over 20 years. Back when you wrapped the lemon in mesh bags and served the butter under a flame. We were disappointed to see that experience is gone. What was shocking to us was one of the waiters brushing the bread crumbs from the table directly on the floor and the waiters packing our leftovers while one of our family members clearly had a good amount of food on his plate. It made him felt rushed and brushing g food on the floor at a place that charges what you do, is frankly, disgusting. The waitress had also clearly got into some argument with someone else in the restaurant 15 minutes after we sat down, it was clear, she was preoccupied the rest of the time we were there. Terrible experience at what use to be a great restaurant.
