   We were greeted and seated immediately! Drinks followed shortly and everyone was very attentive! Steaks were perfect and everything added to a fantastic evening!

   My wife and I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris Steak House to celebrate her birthday, as we had been looking forward to trying your restaurant for some time. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, and I wanted to share our feedback with you. We had a reservation for 6:30 in the dining room, but upon arrival, we were told there would be a 30-minute delay due to large parties. We were given the option to sit either on the patio or in the bar and opted for the bar, as it was too cold to sit outside. While this was understandable, it started the evening off on a less-than-ideal note. Our server was very kind and did their best to improve our experience, even offering a complimentary appetizer. However, the porterhouse steak for two that we ordered was undercooked; we had requested medium plus, but it arrived rare and never reached the desired temperature despite the hot plate. Additionally, when the bill arrived, we noticed that the complimentary appetizer was accidentally included, which required an adjustment. Finally, we were told a dessert would be provided for my wife’s birthday, but it never arrived. While we appreciate the efforts of our server, the overall experience was underwhelming. With so many excellent steakhouses in Scottsdale, we were hoping for a special evening, but this visit left us disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.    We have been going to Ruth’s Chris for Thanksgiving for the last 10 years. We stopped cooking our turkey and sides at home and enjoyed the excellent Thanksgiving meal they prepared for years. Since Ruth’s Chris was bought out, it’s not the same. We waited 2 hours before our food came. They clearly over booked. We’ve never seen that many tables filled with so little servers. Our server was great but his hands were tied. We told Managment the level of service was unacceptable. They didn’t offer anything and basically just stated at us. Our tradition of going there for Thanksgiving and other special holidays is over. We won’t be going back and will give out business to another steakhouse. Very disappointing.

   We waited 30 minutes, even with reservations. I ordered Thanksgiving dinner, the food was lukewarm, portions were small, and the garlic mashed potatoes were tasteless , watery, and cold. The additional side of Brussel sprouts was awful. I didn't even eat half of the meal. I didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait any longer!! . The service was good but took forever. The staff seemed overwhelmed.. For two people, the bill with tip came to $200 and an absolute waste of money. I this was a huge disappointment, especially since Ruth's Chris boasts 5 star food ..

   Understand it was Thanksgiving and busy, but food and drinks average at best. Ordered turkey dinner and it was served cold. Spouse’s steak was dry, overcooked and cold. We would have told someone but server did not return for over 20”. Restaurant was freezing and manager would not adjust a/c. For what they charge, expected much better. Have dined there before on holidays and food and service much better. Will not return, too many better options in the area.
