    Service at Ruth Chris was excellent as usual. Our server, Leo was absolutely outstanding, ensuring that our ever need was taken care of. The food was to Ruth Chris standards, excellent as usual. The only thing I can say is the sides dishes, which have been toted as, “family style,” has shrunk. Oh well to shrink-flation. It was a great evening out.

    We frequent this location a lot and this is the first bad experience…although it was mainly the poor service last night it was also the food….it was Valentine’s Day so I understand it was busy but that being said the service was absolutely horrible….our server was mia for almost an hour and I find her hanging out in the corner by the bathroom in the bar….i am usually pretty good with a cooked to almost any temp but when you order medium rare and it comes out so cold in the middle I had to take it home and finish cooking it to temp….my wife was going to order the stuffed chicken but couldn’t because it wasn’t Gluten free…we waited an hour for our meal and the salad she ended up ordering cam out with croutons….no acknowledgment from the server at all….if Ruth Chris can’t handle the volume they should limit the service amounts

    Always an elegant meal with fantastic service . Love the background music as it lends to a really relaxed atmospheric conducive to conversation. The meat is always served at just the right temperature and done to perfection. It melts in your mouth.

    We arrived on time and had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. But, it was the day before Valentine’s Day, and they were very busy. Not a problem. The only issue was the crab cakes tasted a little fishy. Not uneditable, just not enjoyable. Everything else was very good and tasty. Sea Bass was delicious. Great Service of course!
