    As always, the food and service was excellent. The bar menu is great and the food was prepared perfectly. Our server tonight was outstanding.

    Have been coming here for years and never had a bad meal. We ordered two filet and lobster tails. Steak was cooked ok and the tails were hard and chewy we told the waiter and he didn’t seem to care. When the bill came I was surprised they hadn’t taken the tails off the bill as we didn’t eat them. I expressed my shock at this and he then took our drinks off. Experience wasn’t what it usually is

    Best filet ever always will be! Not much else to say other than that! If you go to meat market, Flemmings, ocean prime, or Charley’s…. NONE will ever compare to the filet of Ruth’s Chris. Monopolized for decades and centuries to come!

    Worst experience I’ve had here. They were out of most of the menu. None of that was even communicated until we ordered. The appetizer was cold (calamari). My steak was way over cooked I eat mine rare and it was medium well. My wife’s was supposed to be medium and it was raw. The side was bland and cold. They were busy but the food took over 40 minutes from the app to the main. I used to really like this place but will not be going back. They have gone way down hill.

    Our experience was great with our server Angel, then once his family or friends of his sat next to us, our level of service drastically changed. We sat originally at 5:05 and were greeted quickly. After that we did not get our mains until 6 pm. The people next to us (angels friends). Hit their apps very quickly and their steaks all being seated 30 minutes after us. Angels services was disrespectful and when I spoke with the manager, all he did was apologize. Well, instead of apologizing how about you comp something for this horrible service. We will not go back to this Ruth’s Chris and travel farther to another Ruth’s Chris for better service.

    Meal was fantastic. Service is none stop. Carlos was courteous and professional,again. We ask for him by name. All four meals were done to our specific request. Definitely try the stuffed mushrooms and crab cakes.
