    Best filet out of all the high end steak houses. Great wine selection, ordered a bottle of Quilt Cabernet.

    As always had a wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Food is pricey but always delicious. Paul, our waiter was the best. He took excellent care of us.

    We were SHOCKED to not be able to get lobster bisque! However, everything was wonderful, our server was DELIGHTFUL!!! The only friction came when we first entered from the male host. It was very slippery when we came in and we mentioned it to the hosts. The woman host was LOVELY and amazing as always, but the man - who we were not familiar with - was obviously annoyed and extremely short and dismissive. He said: “We salt. The building salts. It’s raining. It washes it away” and then made an “I’m done” motion with his hands. His tone was shockingly harsh. We shook it off and enjoyed our evening. He came by later to perfunctorily check on our experience and he wasn’t angry this time, but clearly not interested in our response. I’ve NEVER had an even slightly negative experience with people who worked there so, it was notable.

    Surprising on several levels. Unclean women’s washroom stalls; ran out of Asparagus at 6pm, burnt the sea bass on one end, had to get up and find out where the waiter was at after taking my card / bill payment after 15 minutes. There were some positives the steak and sides as well as the ahi-tuna appetizer were excellent. Nonetheless overall unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.

    We were in the Detroit, Michigan location. Our weight staff was amazing. Her name is Amy. She went above and beyond in 1 million different ways, including bringing me a special bite-size dessert so that I could keep on my health quest. She made my birthday the best I’ve ever had.

    Miranda is the sweetest, very attentive & patient.. which is perfect because we dined with kids. The food & cocktail were great. She brought out a complimentary dessert of my choice for my birthday last night & ended the evening perfectly.
