    We’ve been in the area for the past month. This was our best meal! The barbecue shrimp and filet were fantastic. The service was top shelf as well! We will be back before return into reality!

    My wive is obviously handicapped, yet they seated us as far from the entrance of the restaurant as possible. Not only that but we were seated right next to the restrooms when lots of tables next to the windows were available. Waiter never told us the specials of the day, although I later heard the table behind us get the specials. When the waiter asked how our meal was going I told him I was disappointed. He said he would send the manager over. The manager never arrived. We won't go back.

    Service was disappointing for a high end steakhouse. All hosts apparently unavailable for the first 7-10 min we walked in, just twiddled my thumbs until someone came to greet. Politely asked a girl filling our water to check on the hot water we previously ordered, but she started asking questions like who our server is, if we told him, etc... and kinda with sass implying it was his job not hers, and with a frown the whole time. Probably didnt mean to, but as a customer, it just doesn't feel friendly. All she had to say was "sure, I'll let your server know". Rated 3 stars for service though because actual server was great, and so was the food runner.

    We love going to Ruth Chris’s every time we come to Hawaii as the food is always so delicious and the service is the best. They always take such good care of us.

    Food was delicious, ordered the gumbo, Caesar salad, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, filet and lobster, filet and shrimp, raspberry sorbet, and bread pudding. Server Jared B. was a top notch server. Very friendly, did everything perfect, even gave us bread to go like we asked, opened the door and said bye to us. Best server skills!
