    Not the best Ruth’s Chris experience. The server was pretty rude, The food took over an hour, and by the time it came it was overcooked but we were so hungry because we waited so long we opted out of commenting. For the price one pays for a chain steakhouse… it was a little disappointing. Someone said they wish they had ketchup it was that dry, and it was not Patrick Mahomes.

    We were greeted immediately and assisted to our table. My parents are 87. I asked for somewhere quiet so they didn’t have background noise. The waitress was suburb and patient. The food was wonderful. I wasn’t pleased with the burning plates. My mom didn’t hear her mention that they were hot, so she almost burned her hand. The waitress quickly grabbed a regular plate so I could transfer the food. The meal was well paced. Enjoyable evening

    We have been several times before and had no issues but this visit was not up to par. Service was slow, my steak was not cooked correctly and they seated us in a back room instead of in the main dining room. I was disappointed overall considering the amount of money we spent !

    Food and service as excellent expected. Per the request of one table in the dining room, lights came full on bright in dining room during our meal. Took 15 minutes and 3 requests to have a manager move us to a nice table. A comp glass of wine would have been nice for the inconvenience We kept or same server and everything else was wonderful..

    The reservation for six people was for 8 PM. We waited almost an hour for the table in a very crowded waiting setting.  This was due to the restaurant overbooking. We had two small children with us and needless to say the weight certainly did not answer our New Year’s Eve experience.

    I know it was News years eve, and restraints were busy, but this is no exiting drop the expectations of your guests. I have been a patron of this restaurant for a long time, last night the food was not up to expectations. Our steaks did not seem to be properly seasoned and the meat was tough and the portions have got smaller. I’m not sure I would return going forward. There are plenty of great steak houses where I can drop $500. 00 for dinner. We did express our concerns and the waiter was going to pass on our complaints for the evening.
