Ocean Boulevard Bistro and Martini Bar is an upscale dining restaurant on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are open nightly for dinner and drinks through all seasons. Thierry & Patricia Moity previously owned Patou Bistro in Charlotte, NC & Cafe de Bruxelles in NYC. Chef Thierry has been cooking since age 13 in some of the finest restaurants in Europe & USA. His cuisine is influenced by many traditions; Patricia comes from the northern part of France near the Belgium border, while Thierry's origins are deeply rooted in the central provinces of the country. According to Chef Thierry, “I want everyone to feel welcome in my restaurant. We are working against the stereotype that French food must be intimidating and expensive.”

We are open for carry out and for dine-in guests. The balcony tables are available first come first serve upon reservation. If one is not available upon arrival, guests are welcome to wait at the bar or in the lounge until one becomes available. We are open for Dinner MON-SUN 4:30 pm till 10 pm and for Brunch on SUN 11:00-2:00 pm.

What a perfect evening. Food and drinks were fabulous. Service was excellent. We moved to the bar after dinner for a drink and that was also so fun. The team here is very special.

We enjoyed our evening here so much! Service & food were both top notch. The drinks were the best that we had on this trip! We could go back just for those. The dessert trio was also amazing. I’d definitely visit again if we are in the area!

Roberto's has been serving the Ocean Ilse Beach area since 1985. Its a second generation family business now being run by Chef/Owner Dave Gundrum and Executive Chef Ryan Duganne. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The menu is diverse from signature seafood dishes like Salmon Rockefeller or Grouper Saint Thomas to classic Italian dishes including Chicken Piccata, Veal Parmigiana and Homemade Lasagna. For the steak lover hand cut Filet Mignon, Ribeye and Berkshire Duroc Pork Chops prepared on our 1600 degree flame broiler. Appetizers include homemade Cheese Crab Dip, Ahi Tuna, Bang Bang Shrimp and more. To finish your night our Creme Brulee is world class.

Dining at Robertos is always a pleasant experience. The food is excellent and and the environment is relaxed. You mostly likely will always get a visit from the owner who will spend the time asking about and listening to your needs and feedback as well as adding to your experience. This is our go to restaurant when we just want to enjoy our meal and have have a pleasant conversation. The menu is fairly expansive with a variety of daily specials as well.
