Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. These include our world-famous Fried Chicken, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, smoked andouille chicken gumbo and fried okra. Other items, like the house-smoked beef brisket and braised pork shoulder, come straight from the state of Texas. The rest of the South is well represented as well with a Carolina pulled pork sandwich, chicken and waffles, crispy fried oysters and a pimiento cheese & sausage biscuit sandwich with a fried egg and cheddar grits.

Just minutes from Ashland, Medford and Jacksonville, our winery and tasting room are set magnificently on the forested foothills of Southern Oregon overlooking the Rogue Valley with views of Table Rocks and Mt McLoughlin in the backdrop.

We offer several seating areas each just steps away from the vines as you enjoy our award-winning wine. We produce Burgundian-style Pinot noirs and Chardonnays along with Barbera, Sangiovese, Syrah, Zinfandel and Port-style wines.

You will experience a wide variety of culinary options prepared using the freshest seasonally available ingredients from our local farming and artisan community to complement your wine tasting experience.

The result is delicious! You’ll feel like you have been transported to Tuscany or Burgundy, or both!

My friend and I celebrate our Christmas lunch here every year. We love the holiday decorations, enjoy the bonus of a window table overlooking the river, and the service and food are excellent. It is one of our favorite traditions of the season.

Marco's Cafe is one of my "go to" restaurants. The food, staff, drinks, and atmosphere are reliably wonderful. I took a notoriously picky eater there this time and they raved about it afterward. There's something on the menu for everyone. I really appreciate both the variety of menu options and the quality of the ingredients and cooking. I highly recommend Marco's Cafe.

From our original location in Portland’s Pearl District, to Brix South in Tualatin and our newest location in Keizer Station, Brix Tavern offers a menu of enduring American tavern fare that is as comforting as the vibe. All staff was very nice; everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive. The buffet was great, but for the turkey (fine with gravy but difficult to cut) and stuffing (delicious but made with sausage, so many folks unable to eat). Salmon, gravy, potatoes, vegetables, and salads were excellent and the pumpkin pie was perfect. Wonderful choice for an stress-free holiday dinner.
